You'll find Villa Botanico in Puntagorda, in the sunny north western part of the island La Palma.
This beautiful holiday villa stands on an ample peace of land of 20.000m².
Here you will find peace and quiet and absolute privacy.
The villa stands at 400M abouve sea level and the view up towards the mountains, over the area and down to the Atlantic Ocean is breathtaking.

Villa Botanico is 'the' place to find peace and quiet and space.
The place for a relaxing holiday, a different holiday or a honeymoon.
Villa Botanico sleeps up to 4 persons.

 
 
Accommodation
Villa Botanico has a living room (1), kitchen with dining room (2), 2 bedrooms(3), bathroom, seperate 2nd toilet and the utility room with washing machine.
All rooms are on the ground floor, the 1st floor is not in use.

The living room is spacious and light and tastefully and comfortable furnished. The large wood stove makes the cooler winternights cosy and romantic.
There is Sat TV/radio, cd player, telephone and internet.

The windows have sea view and the door opens onto the terrace.

 
The kitchen is very well equiped, there is a gas stove, oven, coffee machine and dish washer.

In the dining room you'll find a table and chairs and a wood stove.

 
The bathroom has a large shower en ther is a second seperate toilet.

The 2 bedrooms in Villa Botanico both have a double bed with 2 matrasses of excellent quality. There are bedside tables and a wardrobe.
Both bedrooms have hebben sea view.

From the road is a private drive way to the villa which can be closed.
In front of the villa is a covered terrace.
Villa Botanico is surrounded by a beautifully kept garden, with Canarian and tropical plants, shrubs and trees. You will discover several birds and butterflies.
The garden has several sitting cornes where you can enjoy nature and views from sunrise until the sunset.

Area
Puntagorda is one of the most beautiful areas of La Palma, is in the north-west of the island and about 1,5 hours drive from the airport.
Puntagorda has various shops, a dispensing chemist, butcher, banks with cash dispensers, a post office, restaurants, typical local bars and on Saturdays and Sundays there is a market in the Mercadillo selling local produce.
In January the almond trees start flowering in Puntagorda. Every year, at the end of January or beginning of February, Puntagorda celebrates the Festival of the Flowering Almond.
The area around Puntagorda is a must for nature lovers. There are many and varied walking paths, view points, some old windmils and El Fayal, a beautiful pine forest with barbecue and picnic area and childrens playground.
El Puerto has access to the sea. There is no beach, but in the summer months you can swim in the ocean.
Puntagorda is ideally situated for trips to the north of La Palma and the highest point of the island Roque de Los Muchachos.
It is ±45 minutes drive to the town of Los Llanos with the famous Plaza de España and the beautiful streets and houses. The sandy beach at Tazacorte is a ±35 minutes drive.
